Abstract:

A filter connector is provided which securely holds each of its contacts and electrically connects a capacitor between each contact and an electrical ground, which is rugged and can be constructed at low cost. The connector includes a metal shell with a rear shell wall having holes through which the contacts pass. A group of tubular capacitors with terminals at its outside and inside are installed in the holes, and each contact passes through a central hole of a tubular capacitor. The outside terminal of each capacitor is soldered to the rear shell wall, and the inner terminal of each capacitor is soldered to a contact. The capacitor has a flange on its front end that abuts the front face of the rear shell wall, and the contact has an enlarged middle portion whose rear abuts the front of the capacitor and whose front abuts a front insulator of the connector.

Abstract:

A chair for use by computer users includes a first platform for supporting a computer keyboard and a second platform for supporting a computer mouse. Both platforms are connected to a preselected armrest of the chair. The first platform is pivotally mounted in a horizontal plane so that it can be swung out of position to enable a user to get out of the chair and so that it can be swung back into its operable position when the user has reentered the chair. The first platform is also tiltable about a horizontal axis to enable the user to adjust its orientation to a comfortable position. The second platform is mounted to a left armrest to comfortably position the mouse for left-handed users and to a right armrest for right-handed users.

Abstract:

Context data management in a contact center environment is provided. For example, a method comprises receiving a given contact instance for a given user of a contact center, wherein the contact center comprises a plurality of communication channels configured to enable the user to initiate a contact instance and wherein the given contact instance is received over one of the plurality of communication channels. The method further comprises one of generating and updating a context data management pattern in response to receiving the given contact instance, wherein the context data management pattern comprises a data structure of one or more records that maintain information relating to the given contact instance received over the one of the plurality of communication channels and information relating to one or more previous contact instances associated with the user received over one or more of the plurality of communication channels.
