Description:

Joseph P. Schipani is the principal owner of Resource Monitoring Services. The company was started in 1989 as a result of the poor economy and construction decline to provide consulting services to regional lending institutions in work-out situations. Prior to that time, Mr. Schipani had various positions in both commercial and residential construction serving in all capacities from Project Superintendent to VP of a regional building company. Mr. Schipani is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts with a degree in Urban Planning and an Associates Degree from Dean Junior College in Building Construction. Resource Monitoring Services is a member in good standing of the Association of Construction Inspectors and REFA (Real Estate Finance Association).
