THANK YOU for taking the time to read my profile! I'm a licensed Realtor and work primarily in the areas between Burleson, TX. and Arlington, TX. In other words, primarily in Johnson and Tarrant counties. I can assist in other areas on a case by case basis. I decided to join the Exclusive Homes brokerage which is based in Arlington, TX. for a number of reasons. My primary reason was because... it's a small brokerage that affords me the opportunity to give my clients exactly what they want. My broker allows me to provide individualized service for my clients so you will never hear me say that our office policy is this or that. We are all human beings with different expectations and desires, so it makes sense to work under a brokerage that allows me to provide a specialized service for my clients. I have complete latitude to negotiate commissions and make it a win-win deal for both my clients and I. I have unlimited access to a licensed real estate broker 24/7. I'm active in the entire real estate transaction process. I help Buyers, Sellers and Investors. I'm experienced with the HUD and REO (bank owned / foreclosed home) process. I personally enter my own listings into the Multiple Listing Service (NTREIS), EXACTLY how my clients want. I personally call clients several times a week to discuss their real estate transaction. You will never get an assistant answering my phone and taking phone messages that are never followed up on. I don't stop answering my phone at 5PM on Friday. I'm available 24/7 for my clients! Of course I do sleep and might take a vacation every now and then, but I'm sure you get the idea. I have been a DFW area resident for over 30 years and purchased my first home in Arlington, TX. in 1987. Having lived in the area, I have personally witnessed the growth and development that has taken place over the years, I have unique knowledge and perspective to offer my clients. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked for a large police department for 28 years and also voluntarily and proudly served in the U.S. Navy Reserves for 6 years. As a Police Officer, Detective, Training Officer, Academy Instructor, Fatality Accident Investigator and Instructor in the US Navy, I developed a set of skills that compliment the real estate business. My attention to detail, process oriented task management, and ability to manage multiple projects at once, allows me to provide a high level of personal service.
