Abstract:

A system for evaluating an invoice for work includes a processing device configured for determining one or more billing data parameters comprising a threshold payment amount based on information associated with the invoice or the work, retrieving from a historical billing database, historical billing data corresponding to the one or more determined billing data parameters, comparing the retrieved historical billing data including the threshold payment amount with at least a portion of the information extracted from the invoice including billing information extracted from the invoice, and determining whether to approve the invoice based on the comparison, wherein determining whether to approve the invoice is dependent upon the comparison of the threshold payment amount with the requested payment amount corresponding to billing information extracted from the invoice.

A ground loop isolator for a coaxial cable, for example that blocks DC current but which allows a desired band of RF through the ground loop isolator, and which is small enough to fit in the areas where coupling of the desired electronic equipment is to occur. Embodiments may include an outer area allowing for easier manual coupling of the coaxial cable connector nut to electronic devices.

Abstract:

A compressible, F-connector and method for interconnection with coaxial cable that includes a biasing grommet for promoting electrical continuity despite inadequate nut tightening. Each connector has a rigid nut, a post penetrating the nut, a tubular body, and an end cap. The conductive post coaxially extends through the connector, linking the nut and body. A post end penetrates the coaxial cable. Each connector body comprises a frontal ring groove in which is seated a biasing grommet with integral wings spiraling away from one or both grommet ends that bias the nut to insure mechanical and electrical contact with the post.

Abstract:

A four-port coaxial cable ground block is provided with four angularly spaced connection ports disposed for providing sufficient access for convenient connection and tightening of four coaxial cables thereby eliminating the need for use of a plurality of ground blocks in four cable applications. Opposing left and right side ground connections are provided for connection of ground wires thereby providing a common ground point for electrical grounding of a satellite dish all four connected coaxial cables thereby eliminating problems associated with multiple ground wire connections. The four-port ground block provides an improved multi-port ground block for use in connecting and grounding coaxial cable systems, particularly coaxial cables used in connection with DBS satellite dish systems.
