I am a full-time realtor! Yes, this is important to say to you! Did you know that statistics have shown that only 30% of self-described REALTORS actually work at real estate full time? When you are making big financial decisions like those in a real estate transaction, who would you rather work with: a full time realtor, or a weekend warrior? About me: I'm a realtor, and I do crossword puzzles. No, this isn't the beginning line of a personal ad. Both are about making the pieces fit. That's what I specialize in; making the pieces fit so that buyers and sellers can complete the puzzle and move on to the next step in their lives. I could now go on ad nauseam about my resume and my fabulous qualifications and then we could see who will fall asleep faster, you or me. I'll end it here by saying that I take great care of my clients and I'll take great care of you and yours. I hope you'll think of me when you or your family and friends have a real estate need. If you're just dying to know about my resume: I bring something very unique to my real estate career: a marketing background. Prior to real estate, I spent 20 years in marketing and public relations for large corporations all over the country. I also founded and operated a marketing and public relations consultancy in the greater Charlotte area after moving here from Los Angeles in 2001. Why is this important? Because, you can't sell a home without marketing a home. I find my marketing background to be priceless. I work with buyers and sellers of real estate in the greater Charlotte area. That includes the following cities, listed below in alphabetical order: harlotte, Concord, Cornelius, Davidson, Denver, Harrisburg, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Locust, Matthews, Midland, Mint Hill, Mooresville, Mount Pleasant, Statesville, Waxhaw, and Weddington. I am also a Certified Relocation Specialist and work with those that are moving into our area. It is my goal to familiarize them with our area, the real estate options, job options, etc., so that they can make wise, informed decisions.
