I've been a fulltime Realtor since 1985 & put your needs first. I love what I do, even moreso, after all these years because I get to work mostly with past clients, their children (boy do I feel old saying that), their friends & other relatives. I've managed RE offices, but, I like being out with my clients. I moved to AZ from South Dakota when I was a kid......so I know the 'Valley of the Sun" very well!! I worked for an airline before deciding on real estate....in the days of great customer service. I was transferred to CA, WA, NV, & MN while working for the airline....so I do know what it's like to relocate (& I've been certified in relocation since 1986). I left the airline because I had 2 children & I didn't want to miss their lives & activities while being out of town for days/nights. Now, I also have 3 grandchildren :) You will never have an 'assistant' show you homes, write a contract, negotiate, market your home or complete a price analysis, etc. My assistant only does lockbox/sign installs & delivery...nothing that would impact you. I take about twice as many classes as needed for each license renewal, am a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors & National Association of Realtors, have certifications in CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Representation), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), CNRS (Certified National Relocation Specialist), & my brokers license in AZ & WA State. I moved to HomeSmart 7/1/2011. HomeSmart is the largest RE company in the Southwest & is franchising in CA, CO, WA, UT, & China.
