I am a holistic therapist, which means that I am interested in the total you: mind, body, and spirit. It is important for you to also know that I am a Christian and believe that lasting hope and healing can be found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I will not impose my beliefs upon those who do not believe as I do, but if you are a Christian, I would like to discuss with you the benefit of using a faith-based approach in our therapy. My goal is to walk alongside you as a coach, counselor, and cheerleader and provide you with a safe, hopeful, and healing place, while using therapeutic techniques and theories, to help you arrive at your desired destination.
