Julia feels very fortunate to have grown up in this edgy, yet artsy "City in the Mountains" – Asheville, N.C. After attending Western Carolina University in 1995, Julia had a startling realization that her lifelong dream of becoming a Nurse was not so. With little direction she set out to discover her true passion. Shortly after leaving college in 1999, she began working as an administrative assistant for a small boutique Real Estate firm in North Asheville. "This was the turning point, one that I'm so grateful for every day, I fell into real estate by accident, and now I can't imagine persevering in any other direction."
