Interests:

I love to read and research and am a sponge for new knowledge and understanding in my field and other related fields. One of my hobbies is low fat gourmet cooking and entertaining friends. I love the outdoors and the west (where I have lived a good portion of my life). I love to camp, ride horses, fish and hike and river raft. I love the red rock west and lived and worked in Moab, Utah for 10 years, now residing in Sedona, Az. I love music and play guitar and sing, having played in several bands over the years. I thoroughly enjoyed creating & developing my "New Beginnings" weight management program. New Beginnings is not only about weight loss, but it also teaches a whole new way of learning to live a clean healthy existence that "repels" the desire to overeat. My services are available for small groups or corporate agendas and for use in a resort / spa setting as well. Ask me about public speaking engagements at your next event!

I was honored by being asked to run the Olympic Torch in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Moab, Utah.
