Karen is certified in real estate sales training (CREST). Karen’s Real Estate career began in 2005. She is very highly motivated and excited to be in the Real Estate business, providing excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to clients who are buying or selling Real Estate property. She is a native of Wichita, KS. and attended Newman University. Karen moved to Olathe, KS in 1993. After a series of transfers, layoffs, downsizing and work load challenges, she decided to say goodbye to the Insurance Industry/Loss Litigation departments. She has always had an interest in Real Estate Karen really can say her career beganafter their very first home purchase, which was an assumable loan/rent to own purchase. Two years later they purchased a new home/new construction. They have built 3 new homes since 1991. Since then, Karen has always had a passion for new construction projects. In June of 2008, an opportunity came for Karen to pursue her passion in new home construction. She joined the brokerage of Graham-Welch & Associates, which specializes in new home sales. Currently she is marketing a new homes subdivision in Basehor, KS (Leavenworth County) called Theno Estates. As well as The Enclave at Woodland Lakes and Bristol Ridge both located in Lenexa, KS. Karen is a faithful church member. She is also a member of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce, MAMBDC, JCWPM, Talking Tuesday’s Women’s Networking Group. She serves on the Olathe Chamber Advisory Council. She is also a member of National Association of Realtors and the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. She volunteers in the Olathe community contributing her time with TLC Youth Group Home, as well as providing meals to the Salvation Army. She also volunteers as strength and conditioning instructor at the Family Life Center in Lenexa, KS.
