I possess wonderful team leadership skills, and I am highly qualified as I have 10 plus years experience in dialysis. Some of the experience was as a PCT. Being a PCT gave me the opportunity to envision the best person I could be. My experience as a PCT set me on my path to become an RN. This career has given me the chance to have a positive impact on so many peoples lives. More importantly it also gave me the fortunate opportunity to have so many patients have a positive impact on my life. I have been taught many life lessons through my patients, because of them I value each day of my life. My role as PCT also has helped me bridge gaps between fellow teammates as I have understood the difficulties of both roles. I enjoy helping others maintain a cohesive working environment. I have shared the role of Charge RN. I was also the Transplant Surgeon Designee. Lastly, I have been a Home Training/Case Manager for Peritoneal Dialysis patients for the past 10 months. I enjoy what I do, and would love to find a position in dialysis upon relocating to this area. Please give me the opportunity to show you what a great asset I could be.
