About:
Licensed since 2004, I have spent most of my years as an agent working closely with and training under top producing agents. In early 2008 I accepted a position managing a team for a top producing REO agent with Keller Williams in downtown Orlando. It was in this capacity that I learned the ins and outs of marketing and selling REO listings. When I began as Team Manager we listed properties for two asset management companies and one bank. Our team maintained 10-20 REO listings per month. After changing some of the systems that were in place we were able to take on more business. Within my first two months with Keller Williams we were able to earn new relationships with two different asset management companies and double our listing (and thus sales) inventory. We earned awards as the top producing team each month of my employment. In 2008 I received my B.A. in economics from the University of South Florida. The primary focus of my education was market analysis, which has provided me with the knowledge necessary to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and the overall functioning of the economy. After graduation I returned to Spring Hill and worked as a buyer's agent for the highest producing real estate office in the market (at the time). In February of 2011 I accepted the position of Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Elite Partners and was charged with managing more then sixty real estate agents. Focusing on education, office culture, and increasing production I found the role to be very rewarding and brought the office to profitability very quickly. In October of 2011 my husband and I welcomed our first child. I returned to selling real estate (my passion) and my goal is to be number one in the Spring Hill market!
