About:
I would describe myself as a fun loving, easy going, hard working, ambitious, loving husband and father who is fanatical about sports. I was raised by parents who emphasized education and hard work. I developed my love of sports in school, where I tried every sport I could, *except for soccer!!* I'm currently more a viewer of sports than a participant, but I'm working on that. After attending Michigan State University, where I majored in marketing, I moved to Phoenix where I met my lovely wife (who is looking right over my shoulder) and started a family. Work brought my wife and I, and our two kids to Denver in 2002. We now call Denver home and feel we couldn't have made a better choice. I discovered early on that I did not want to be trapped to a desk for a living, and that I enjoyed working with people. I was drawn to sales and marketing because I enjoyed the creativity and problem solving aspects of it. I love that each day is different from the last. While my first sales job didn't turn out to be all I hoped it would, I did learn one thing that has stayed with me and that is "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care." I got my start in real estate selling new homes. I quickly learned that selling real estate was like no other sales job in the world. Most of us will never buy anything more expensive than the home we live in. That makes the decision to buy a home one of the biggest, if not the biggest, in our lives. While selling new homes I found my ability to help people was limited by what the builder had to offer. As a Realtor my ability to help my buyers make the best decision for them and their family is only limited by my imagination, and I look forward to that challenge!!
