Abstract:

The present invention relates to the field of sleep improvement technology, including, but not limited to the use of such technology in the hospitality industry. Specifically, the invention relates to a sleep system including a set of textile products that, based on their composition, construction, and relative positioning with one other, can improve the quality and comfort of the sleep environment, including over an extended period of time. The invention further relates to a sleep system that can be incorporated with existing mattresses and/or decorative bedding. Additionally, the invention includes methods of improving the sleep environment using the inventive sleep system.
