I love my position as a Real Estate Professional and I enjoy helping others make "Their Dreams Come True" during their search for the perfect home. I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1999. I started as an Office Secretary managing and fielding work from 13 Brokers and 3 Assistants, Answering Phones, Typical office duties, etc. I realized how much I enjoyed the Real Estate Industry, so I went on to acquire my Sales Agent License. Professional Experience From 1997-1999, I worked for a building/remodling company before getting involved in Real Estate. I framed, roofed, drywalled, installed septic systems, hardwood floors, painted, landscaped, etc... So "When I look at property I see it through the eyes of more than just a Sales Associate, I look at it from "An All Around" point of view!..." 1999-2003 I worked for two Top Producing Brokers in the Greater Portland area. Within these two very "HIGH" volumed offices, I gained valuable experience in Customer Service, Marketing and Developing New Construction, Residential Listings and Sales, Waterfront/Luxury Homes, Land, Working with Buyers and Sellers in state and around the country. It was an honor working with both Brokers, the knowledge I gained has helped guide me throughout my career as a Real Estate Professional. 2003 I made the leap of faith and went out on my own as a real estate associate. Scared yet determined within my first ten months I sold slightly over $5 Million in Volume Sales and working with some of the best clients ever. In April 2004, I was honored to have opened my doors as Broker/Owner of "Real Estate Exchange" located in Falmouth Foreside, Maine, personally closing over $10 Million in volume sales for the year. I establishing a Wonderful Agency, 6 full time agents, a full time secretary, I had a personal assistant who was wonderful to work beside and whom has become a great friend Kristin Reynolds. In 2007, I had a wonderful "Family" at Real Estate Exchange, still growing even with the fall of the housing market. But as the Universe will have it, in 2010, I made the hardest business decision ever, to close my doors and move on to a "New Family" with Allen & Selig Realty, based out of North Yarmouth, Maine.
