Abstract:

Flat prefabricated panels are fastened together to form a desk/computer workstation having an adjustable monitor support and an adjustable keyboard support. A vertical member on the monitor support panel which adjusts the position of a monitor is selectively movable along a slot formed therein. A slidable panel on the rear of the desk is used to control the height of the rear edge of the monitor support panel while slidable members on the inboard surfaces of side panels of the desk proper are used to adjust the height of the forward end of the monitor support panel. A keyboard support is adjustably mounted on the side panels by way of two pairs of flat panels. In a second embodiment, a hutch or equipment support shelf is mounted on the monitor support panel. The angle of an equipment support shelf of the hutch with respect to the horizontal is adjustable.

Abstract:

A method of targeted advertising includes generating a targeted advertising and/or promotional campaign material corresponding to a client's selections, fulfilling the targeted advertising and/or promotional campaign material, and providing a response tracking analysis to the client. The targeted advertising and/or promotional campaign material includes a response tracking capability. Access for the client to contact a central facility having public and/or private client databases with list management capabilities can be provided on-line via a client web site. The client can choose from a selection of templates to design of the targeted advertising and/or promotional campaign material. Also, the client can choose from a selection of intended recipients by using and/or modifying a new or pre-existing customer list. The targeted advertising and/or promotional campaign material can be manufactured and distributed to the intended recipients. Preferably, the advertising and/or promotional campaign material includes a coupon having a machine readable mark, symbol, or barcode that incorporates information relating to the client, the customer, and the advertising and/or promotional campaign. The scanned coupon can be communicated back to the central facility and the client can be notified by the central facility as to the response characteristics of the advertising and/or promotional campaign. A closed-loop system is also provided that can implement the above targeted advertising method.

Abstract:

Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system, method, and apparatus for offering products and services based, at least in part, on a continually updating analysis of user accounts held by commercial enterprises such as banks, credit card companies, media service providers, insurance companies, and other institutions that maintain user accounts that are subject to periodic transactions. One embodiment is directed to a system comprising a processor and a memory for storing data coupled to the processor, wherein the memory includes a user account comprising user data, user account data, and relationship data. The processor is configured for calculating a risk score based at least in part on the user data, user account data, or relationship data. The processor is further configured for outputting a set of products or services based at least in part on the risk score. In some embodiments, the processor is configured for calculating an account valuation score based at least in part on the user data, user account data, or relationship data. The processor may then price the set of products or services based at least in part on the account valuation score.
