Groupon Adds AmEx's Henry, Deloitte's Bass to Bolster Board

Groupon said that Schultz joins Mason, co-founders Eric Lefkofsky and Brad Keywell, Peter Barris, Kevin Efrusy and Ted Leonsis on the board. Board members John Walter, Harry Weller and Jason Fried are stepping down, the company said.
