Abstract:
A drive assembly for a vehicle door is provided. The drive assembly includes a motor having a driving member. The drive assembly further includes a housing having a shaft rotatably received therein. The drive assembly further includes an input member being rotatably received upon the shaft. The input member is operatively associated with the driving member. The drive assembly further includes a rotor fixedly secured to the shaft. The drive assembly further includes first and second Hall effect sensor modules mounted to the housing in a facing spaced relationship with respect to the plurality of teeth of the rotor that generate first and second signals, respectively. The first and second signals have a quadrature relationship with respect to one another and indicate a rotational direction of the rotor when the plurality of teeth are rotating past the first and second Hall effect sensor modules.

Abstract:
An outer panel mold and method of constructing a piston and forming an undercut cooling gallery of a piston therewith is provided. The outer panel mold is operably attachable to a conventional piston mold machine. The outer panel mold has a pair of gudgeon core members and a pair of gudgeon guide blocks. The gudgeon core members are moveable toward and away from one another along an axis that is substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal central axis of a piston. Each of the gudgeon guide blocks have an opening receiving a separate one of the gudgeon core members. A pair of outer panels are moveable into a closed position between the pair of gudgeon guide blocks to form an undercut cooling gallery of the piston and an open position to allow extraction of the piston vertically along the longitudinal central axis in response to movement of the gudgeon guide blocks.

Abstract:
The embodiments herein provide a device for sealing an interface having an opening for a wire to pass through the interface. A pair of sealing blocks may be used where one block contains a protrusion and the opposing block contains a recess. The protrusion and recess preferably have an apex with a round having approximately the same dimension as the radius of the wire. A pair of posts may be positioned on opposing sides of the opening. One sealing block may contain an aperture for accepting one of the posts while the second sealing block may contain an aperture for accepting the opposing post. The posts may be threaded so that they can accept a threaded fastener. Exemplary embodiments may utilize mounting plates which may contain a flange such that squeezing the opposing flanges together can cause inward forces on the sealing blocks.

Abstract:
A display assembly for inducing turbulent flow includes electronic display subassemblies attached to a structural framework, each including an illumination device for providing illumination to an electronic display layer when powered, a cover forward of said electronic display layer, and a closed loop fan unit located at a first side of the respective one of said electronic display subassemblies. A rear passageway is positioned between the electronic display subassemblies. A closed loop airflow pathway for circulating gas extends through each of the electronic display subassemblies and includes the rear passageway.

Abstract:
A fan unit for improved airflow within a display assembly is provided. Fans are provided at a housing which includes a rear wall defining a curved shape with peaks to accommodate one of the fans and a valley between adjacent ones of the fans. The fan units induce relatively laminar flow within certain portions of an airflow pathways extending with the display assembly and relatively turbulent flows in other portions of the display assembly when activated.

Abstract:
Electronic display assemblies providing enhanced leak detection, and systems and methods related to the same, are provided. A differential pressure sensor detects a differential pressure between an ambient environment and a testing area of the electronic display assembly. A controller determines differential pressure readings based on data received from the differential pressure sensor and selectively generates electronic notifications based on said differential pressure readings.
Interchangeable display assemblies are provided. A frame is configured to interchangeably accept any one of a number of digital side assemblies, each including an electronic display, a number of static side assemblies, each including a poster cavity which accepts signage, and a number of cover side assemblies at a first portion and any other one of the number of digital side assemblies, the number of static side assemblies, and the number of cover side assemblies at a second portion thereof.
