Abstract:

A method, system, and product for analyzing a digitized image of an array to create an image of a grid overlay. The method comprising the steps of locating the center of each object on the array, determining a standard shape and size for the objects, and creating a final image of the grid overlay. Preliminary procedures can be used to normalize the image so that optimal results can be obtained. Sub-grids can be identified and objects repositioned within their corresponding sub-grids. Noise can be removed by filtering processes based on object size, intensity, and location.

Abstract:

A system and method for establishing an aggregate degree of brightness for each primary color to create a composite color digital image. One of a plurality of primary colors is selected. A color digital image is captured with a color digital camera. The aggregate degree of brightness for the selected primary color is determined. The determined aggregate degree of brightness for the selected primary color is compared with the desired degree of brightness for the selected primary color. If the determined aggregate degree of brightness is not within a tolerance band surrounding the desired degree of brightness, then an adjustment is made to an exposure time controller of the color digital camera. This process is repeated until the determined aggregate degree of brightness is within the tolerance band surrounding the desired degree of brightness. If the determined aggregate degree of brightness is within the tolerance band surrounding the desired degree of brightness, then photosite values for the selected primary color are copied into corresponding pixels in a buffer.

Abstract:

Systems and methods for determining security requirements for an information resource may comprise determining a sensitivity level and a criticality level associated with the information resource. In addition, the systems and methods may include determining the security requirements for the information resource based on at least one of the sensitivity level and the criticality level. Moreover, the systems and methods may include determining a recovery time objective for the information resource and insuring that information used in determining the security requirements adheres to privacy requirements. The sensitivity level may be derived from privacy requirements of information maintained by the information resource. For example, the sensitivity level and resulting security requirements may be based on a need to meet privacy requirements by protecting confidentiality or integrity of the information resource.

This disclosure describes unique single stranded DNA templates having a characteristic sequence and secondary structure. The DNA templates disclosed herein are useful for making small RNA molecules through promoterless transcription by a mammalian RNA polymerase, and can serve as an effective vector for producing small RNA molecules of interest in vitro, in situ and in vivo in mammalian cells.
