Method, system, and computer program product to archive data objects, by providing an object store and a shadow object store each configured to store one or more data objects, the object store and the shadow object store residing in different storage devices, creating a first object stored in the object store, the first object having at least one attribute, and responsive to receiving a request to archive the first object, transferring the first object to the shadow object store, and creating, in the object store, a reference to a location of the first object in the shadow object store, the first object remaining accessible through the object store and the shadow object store following the transfer.

Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for determining available remote storages in a network to use to replicate a file based on a geographical requirement with respect the file. A determination is made as whether available remote storages satisfy constraints associated with a document class of the file. The constraints include a geographical location at which to replicate the file and a minimum number of replications to create for the file. At least one remote storage of the available remote storages is selected that satisfies the constraints to store at least one copy of the file. Abstract:

A content management system is disclosed. The system includes at least one server, non-transitory storage, documents, entity-specific section weights, and entity-specific review thresholds. The system further includes at least two client computer systems that enable a user to access a document for at least one of review or modification. The system will, in response to receipt of an indication that changes have been made to one or more sections of a document, A) determine a change value indicative of a quantity of changes made within each section, B) calculate an entity-specific provenance value by multiplying, on a section basis, the change value within each section by the assigned entity-specific weight value for each section, to produce an entity-specific section value for each section, and then summing the entity-specific section values; and C) when any entity-specific provenance value satisfies a review threshold value, to construct and send a review notification.
