First and foremost. I LOVE MY JOB! That means that I never have to work! I really enjoy my calling that much! I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I moved to United States in 1990: I had just graduated from Nursing School and started working in Texas. I bought my first home when I was 25 years old; it was a very thrilling experience. I admired the integrity and knowledge of my Realtor, and thought 'I want to be a Realtor when I go up'. I bought my first investment property 7 months later, but continued my career in Nursing for another 10 years. Then 16 years ago, I moved to the Charlotte area, and with my 3rd home purchase, I decided to take the leap and become a Realtor. I have not looked back since! It is so rewarding to help people with the biggest purchase of their lives! There are stressors and fears of the unknown involved with buying and selling a home; I am here to shelter and guide you through the experience so that you toocan have great memories of your home buying/ selling days! Call me for a free in-home consult! 704-400-3352, Kim Parker
