About:
Nearly a “Native” San Diegan, after moving to San Diego in 1980, I grew up to know and love all neighborhoods of San Diego. My family resided in neighborhoods such as South Park, University City and Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley. My family owned various independent businesses in the South Bay, North County and Central San Diego. Therefore I came to know and love all of San Diego- from Chula Vista to Oceanside! This becomes particularly advantageous when assisting non-native San Diegans with relocation to and within the city.
I entered the Real Estate Industry in the Fall of 2002 after working for numerous years at a 5-star Resort/Vacation ownership property in Carlsbad at Aviara. Being exposed to the high culture and marketing
sales environment, it engaged me to pursue Real Estate sales. My years with Four Seasons Resort Aviara allowed me to gain a high sense of value in my clients. Till this day, my clients are my number
one priority!
My past Clients will attest to my knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness to customer needs, attention to detail, sound judgment, tenacity, and overall professionalism.
I currently reside in Downtown San Diego near the Ballpark. This is truly where I live, work and play!
While my professional life is exclusively real estate, I maintain my commitment to the charitable world by volunteering at various charitable organizations. I'm an avid volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation assisting them with wish granting and fundraising. In my spare time you will find me running around Downtown San Diego or Balboa Park, frequenting new restaurants or spending time with my nephew, Tai- 7, niece Hannah- 6, and Nia- 6 mos.
My clients rely on my unflagging commitment to their real estate needs. Whether working with a client on their first real estate transaction, a family seeking their dream home or a luxury owner selling a treasured dwelling, I bring a passion for San Diego and an exceptional professional background to everyone I work with. My career experience at one of the world’s top Resort Group reflect an extremely high level of integrity and professionalism, a knowledge of the many intricacies of personal finance and an ability to work with the
most discerning clients.
Some of my early achievements were:
Rookie of the Year 2003
ABR designation
CRS designation
Brokers license
These courses are invaluable to my Real Estate career since technology and the market is continuously changing. I continually take educational courses throughout my career to be updated on current Real Estate Law to protect my clients, whether they are buying and selling. I truly enjoy my profession and offer every client the same energy and performance they deserve. I enjoy the art of negotiating and writing contracts that protect my Buyers at all times. I treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. It’s that simple!
