Skilled in the use of software applications to compose and format documents, including charts, graphics, and tables. Manage internal processes such as process tracking, follow-up, and maintaining historical records. Screen supervisor's correspondence including voicemail. Review, route, and respond to inquiries as appropriate. Provide prompt and courteous customer service and to communicate in a positive and productive manner. Knowledge of regulations and skill to apply appropriate guidelines for confidential materials. Coordinate arrangements for both on- and off-site activities including travel, lodging, catering, preparation and distribution of materials, meeting room setup, audio and visual equipment, travel reimbursements, and expense reports. Perform general office duties. Requisition supplies, maintenance, or other services for the department. Work independently, plan and organize office administrative activities and establish priorities.
