About the Team Kimberly Nguyen is a licensed Realtor©, Certified Distressed Property Specialist, and Foreclosure Expert. She believes real estate investment is the best vehicle to create and build wealth and is one of the primary reasons she started her real estate career back in 2006. She’s built her business during a real estate and economic downturn, requiring greater planning, determination, and innovation. While many agents have left the business, Kimberly’s business continues to prosper and grow. Joni Nguyen is the team’s veteran Short Sale Negotiator, with extensive experience in dealing with virtually every major bank and lending institution, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase, Citibank, and many, many more. Because of her detail-orientation and systematic approach, she’s successfully closed over 200 short sale transactions in just the past 3 years alone! Amber Nguyen is a licensed Realtor©, Certified Distressed Property Specialist, and Bank REO Specialist. Because of her positive attitude, responsiveness, and dedicated customer service orientation, she’s developed a loyal and growing following of both repeat and referral clients. Amber also enjoys an active family life, and is happily married with 2 wonderful children. Marcelle Waller is the team’s in-house Transaction Coordinator, and is responsible for managing the paperwork and administrative tasks involved in closing the sale for our buyers and sellers. She is highly detailed, systems-oriented, and works well with a multitude of people in ensuring a smooth and timely transaction. Marcelle has over 5 years of successful coordinating experience. Kenny Le is the team’s multi-talented Sales Assistant helping with a variety of tasks, including: listing support, prospecting and marketing tasks, general office duties, and much, much more. Kenny is a dedicated and valuable team member who is always willing to fill whatever role is necessary to serve the client’s best interest!
