Abstract:

A multipurpose caddy () especially designed for boat seats () is provided which an elongated plate () located beneath seat () and of a length to present segments () each extending laterally beyond a side marginal surface () of the seat (). The plate segments () are each equipped with utility holders (-), preferably in the form of beverage container holders () and a utility box ().
