Kurt, a native of Buffalo, NY, moved to Chicago seven years ago and has never looked back. His mother, who works for the airlines, provided him with the means to travel both domestically and internationally. "Having been able to travel extensively throughout the country, I just knew that Chicago had everything I ever wanted in a city to call home! With countless places to explore, sports to watch, restaurants to dine in, unique stores to shop, and neighborhoods to live in and enjoy, Chicago is a cut above the rest." Real estate was a likely career choice for Kurt. His father, an entrepreneur and real estate developer of residential, commercial, and vacation properties, taught him the value of owning real estate. He once told Kurt, "For investment purposes stock in a company is merely paper, land is tangible and no one is able to make more of it, and you can enjoy what you own." From his father's accomplishments in property, Kurt has always had a passion for keeping up with Chicago's real estate and loves to pass this knowledge on to his clients looking for prime investment properties or a wonderful place to call home. Before joining Dream Town, Kurt has both a financial background, working at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as a Derivatives Trader, and sales background, working as a Sales Representative for a Carbon Based Tubing Manufacturer. Kurt's combined experience working with complex investments and business-to-business sales provides his clients with exceptional care and understanding of the real estate purchase process. Kurt has a B.A. in Advertising from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. He was a Division I Scholarship tennis player at both Canisius College and West Virginia University.
