About:
I strive for a perfect transaction in which I represent my clients in a competent, professional manner. It can be representing the client as a Seller's Agent and guiding the client through the maze of the very tough market in selling a property today. The key is to help the Seller maximize their selling price and net profit. We provide guidance in helping the home show at its best and navigating through the buyers financing and inspections.
Often times that client turns around and buys another property using me as the Buyer Agent. We focus on helping them get the best value for the dollar spent, looking at potential appreciation and resale and explaining the intricacies of today's complex financing.
