Abstract:

The ear covering and eye covering assembly comprises an elongate curved band, first and second ear coverings mounted, respectively, to each end of the band, a molded plastic piece on the band, and an eye covering mounted to the plastic piece. If desired, a removable visor may be pivotably mounted on the plastic piece and radio speakers may be mounted within the ear coverings.

Abstract:

This invention provides an improved hinge joint assembly for connecting linkage components on vehicles. The assembly includes a pin having a lubricant chamber therein with appropriate seals provided to prevent loss of lubricant and the entrance of deleterious materials into the pivotal parts of the joint. The pin is attached to one mounting bracket whereby when distortion between the mounting brackets occurs, all the axial loading is taken in the one bracket avoiding damage to the joint and maintaining the integrity of the seals.

Abstract:

A single handle control for vehicle transmission that includes a body pivotal about a longitudinal axis to move a cable controlling the forward and reverse clutches of the transmission, a control handle rotatable about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis that reels and unreels a tape to move a second control cable which controls the selection of the speed range clutch in the transmission, and a neutral lock that prevents pivoting of said body to actuate the forward and reverse clutches.
