Abstract:

A device for intravascular intervention can comprise an interventional element, an elongate manipulation member having a retention portion, and a joining element. The elongate element can comprise a distally located attachment portion. The interventional element includes a proximal end portion with a hole therethrough, the attachment portion of the elongate member extending through the hole at the bend such that first and second segments of the elongate member each extend proximally from the hole. A retention portion includes an arm extends proximally of the hole and a shoulder protruding radially outwardly from a proximal portion of the arm. A joining element circumferentially surrounds at least a portion of the retention portion and at least a portion of the first and second segments of the elongate member such that a proximal end of the joining element is positioned distal to the shoulder of the retention portion.

Abstract:

A local router for a home network pairs with a mobile device via a local network connection. The local router is also connected to a wide area network. The local router receives, from the mobile device and over the local network connection, configuration settings for a backup path for the wide area network. The backup path includes the local network connection and a mobile broadband connection using the mobile device. The local router detects an interruption with the local router's connection to the managed wide area network and forwards, based on the detecting, critical traffic from the home network via the backup path.

One or more servers may receive, from a first server, a first list of timeslots; receive, from a second server, a second list of timeslots; store the first list of timeslots and the second list of timeslots to form a shared list of timeslots; receive an update to the shared list of timeslots by the first server or by the second server; store the update to the shared list of timeslots; receive a first schedule from the first server; and receive a second schedule from the second server. The first server may generate the first schedule and the second server may generate the second schedule based on information stored by the shared list of timeslots.
