About:

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1974 with a BS in Math and Business. I put myself through college with an academic scholarship and working as a draftsman for a commercial construction company. Upon graduation I began working immediately as a computer programmer. I continued in programming for the next 12 years eventually working more into the management side for a large Raleigh based bank with a focus on deposit systems and acquisitions. I then took time off to devote to my children for several years and helped care for an elderly parent. In 1992 I received my real estate license and began work full-time selling and listing homes. I love everything about working in real estate: from finding land for farms or lots for homes, helping clients find the perfect plan and building, helping investors and all buyers find the best properties for investment, helping sellers prepare and stage their homes for the market, looking at the real estate statistics from all angles to help people make informed decisions, working with parents in finding the best schools for their children, working with new construction and remodelers, working with repair contractors of all trades, working with lenders, working with inspectors, and the list goes on. Each transaction is unique just as each client is unique. I love building lifetime relationships with clients - many which become friends. Many also love to send me referrals of which I am deeply grateful!
