'Hard time plowing' during height of bomb cyclone, blizzard at Jersey Shore
"As soon as they plow, drifting and blowing snow quickly recovers roadways," Atlantic County spokeswoman Linda Gilmore reported. "But our crews are beginning to feel like they are making some headway.
