PowerUsers are a select group of individuals given specialized training on PFM’s existing and newly introduced software products. Ideal candidates also possess customer-service oriented personality traits, such as a positive attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a sense of urgency to resolve challenges. The PowerUser Group provides each office with an “in-house” technical support contact and point person to orient newly hired employees to PFM’s standard software applications. PowerUsers meet once a month as a group via webinars. They have developed a strong communication network via email and SharePoint over which members share issues and resolutions for using PFM’s standard software applications, discuss best practices, and collaborate to improve both individually and as a group.
