An ice mold including an outer bowl and an inner bowl which is sized to be receivable into the outer bowl. Also provided is a bracket member which is releasably engageable to the upper rims of the inner and outer bowls and adapted to maintain the inner bowl in a desired orientation relative to the outer bowl when a quantity of fluid is poured into the outer bowl and the inner bowl is inserted into the outer bowl in a manner forcing the fluid upwardly between the inner and outer bowls.
