Zach & Linda have both extended their Real Estate training by obtaining their GRI designation (held by only 12% of NC Realtors), and the National Association of Realtor's Green Designation, (for more info go to: http://www.greenresourcecouncil.org/ ). Zach & Linda have also undergone training to help clients understand the US Governments recent HAFA initiative to help homeowners in distress understand and hasten the Short Sale process. Zach and Linda have also earned their CSSS (Certified Short Sale Specialist)designation, the only Short Sale designation specifically addressing North Carolina Short Sales Laws. Team Tate has been consistent multimillion dollar producers every year since they started working as Realtors in Blowing Rock. During their courtship and marriage, Linda and Zach found they were making constant weekend and holiday trips to Zach's family home in Blowing Rock, so in 2003 they decided to come back home to live permanently in Blowing Rock. Zach and Linda are members of the Blowing Rock Country Club. They enjoy reading, jogging, and hiking with their two Labrador retrievers, Shelby and Strider. Due to their love for the High Country, selling Real Estate seemed like a natural choice. They set high goals, and are pleased to be working at Blowing Rock Gallery of Homes & Land.
