Silver Award Sandra Murtagh For the work she has done to support Vitality Calendars, support of SME, T3’s for teams including all sites in the US, our OSP teams and this week using Adobe Connect to do T3’s with the APJ teams, and for her work on Dell Debates. Lindsey has done a fantastic job of designing regional content for NA Consumer. Shortly after joining the team, she learned the business, engaged with the NA Consumer team and was able to design content that met their needs. She has a very positive attitude and always does her best to truly understand her customer’s needs. Just that she has been a fantastic asset to this team. She works very hard and always has a positive attitude. She is highly communicative and holds people accountable. Very deserving of an award for her performance! Lindsey has a good grasp on the complexities of the business (ever changing) and looks outside the box for creative ways to create content that’s engaging. Lindsey is great at making sure all trainers are up to speed (T’3, content review, etc) and always willing to take additional time as needed. Lindsey helps create a fun & engaging teaching environment ; She works hard to create an environment on inclusion while making everyone feel comfortable. Special Recognition Award Sandra Murtagh The Design Journey of the 15 day program has been a completely collaborative activity which was driven from the beginnings of October from design ideas, leveraging the work of the previous programs, to creation, to T3 and content publication; the designers engaged with the trainers and SME's within regions to gather input and ideas. Today we have a program that has attained scores of 4.6/4.7 out of 5 for content and facilitation; we have Master Trainers in the regions for Relationship On Boarding and the golden thread through the program of our Customer; Stoningham. The program has creativity at its core; some of the Tools content is not self-paced on SABA through the new authoring tools, the program can be hosted Virtually or In Class, there are opportunities to "snap in" regional content or align the content to suit the audiences. The content is centrally housed and will be updated on a quarterly basis. The Designers took on the initative of having the Relationship On Boarding program ready for Pilot in Q4 - not only did they achieve that, by the end of the Quarter T3's were completed for the US and EMEA regions.
Some key highlights: Master Trainers for On Boarding for EMEA and ABU (APJ planned for later in Q1); 6 possible Agenda for the regions to select; 11 Trainers across 2 regions Certified to deliver CSS within On Boarding (in class and Virtual); 15 Trainers certified to deliver Sales Tools Training; 14 Trainers certified in Services On Boarding content; Between week 7 & 10, across 3 geographies the 7 Desginers held multiple T3 sessions using Adobe Connect as the virtual platform to cover the On Boarding Program (15 days of content); Program Invites, Summary, Manager information.
