What I do is a lot like building a home. Before starting, a homeowner decides the type of house they want, focusing attention on unique features and construction concerns. In the same way, I help you evaluate your financial goals and concerns. While building the financial house, I team up with other professionals. This ensures that your financial home is complete in the most cost and time effective way. The first step to building a fiancial home is putting in the foundation. The foundation is created by establishing savings habits, debt control, insurance and investments. After the foundation is in, I help you with framing, walls, siding and roof. This is the same as establishing medium and long term savings strategies. Finally, the financial home is furnished by discussing estate planning needs such as wills, trusts and other legacy issues. It's important for the financial home to have the framework and foundation in place before the walls and windows go in. My job is to help people with specific strategies that work best for them.
