Abstract:

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for managing user-sessions. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, includes logic configured to display a user interface for initiating a command to launch a business application on a computer display of a user; logic configured to associate a launched business application with a user-session; logic configured to display business applications of an active session on the computer display; a first user interface control for allowing a user to select a particular business application of an inactive session; and logic configured to display the selected particular business application on the computer display with the business applications associated with the active session. Other systems and method are also provided.

Abstract:

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for displaying computer applications, such as call-center applications, on a computer desktop. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, can be implemented as follows. Logic is configured to associate a launched computer call-center application with a user-session. A graphical user interface control is further included to enable a user to switch between a plurality of user-sessions, wherein the first user interface is capable of being independently positioned on a desktop of the computer. Other systems and methods are also provided.

In particular, one embodiment comprises first logic configured to display an application bar interface for initiating a command to launch an application on a computer display of a user; second logic configured to associate a launched application with a user-session; and third logic configured to display all of the applications of an active session on the computer display. The third logic is configured to display a first representation of a first business application of an active session on the computer display at the same time as a second representation of the first business application of the active session.
