Just five USS Arizona survivors remain. One, Lonnie Cook, did not travel to Hawaii. The other four made the trip for Wednesday's memorial, but Ken Pottsfell ill and was unable to attend the morning event.

And the turret captain came from chief's quarters into the lower handling room and told us the Japs were bombing us."It's a day that for the men that has lived in much more than infamy. Like Lonnie Cook, who was a sailor aboard the USS Arizona. He was one of only 335 servicemen to survive out of more than 1,500. There are nine Pearl Harbor survivors living in the Tulsa area.
