I have been a REALTOR since 1991. I specialize in residential Real Estate. I have made North Idaho my home since 1989. Philadelphia, PA is my home town. I've also lived in Southern California for 22 years. Having moved 13 times in my lifetime, I can assist folks in relocating to North Idaho with my personal expertise. I have achieved the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designations. I work with both buyers and sellers. I've been a consitent Top Producer and a member of the Circle of Excellence with our local Multiple Listing Service. I have been a member of our MLS Board of Directors for the past 6 years. Most of my spare time is dedicated to volunteer work: my church's friendship kitchen, Windermere Foundation, Post Falls Education Foundation and Post Falls Rotary Club. I am also a member of the Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene Chambers of Commerce.
