Campaigns urge turnout as early voting starts Thursday
Loretta Shields, chair of the Howard County GOP, said volunteers would be out Thursday morning waving signs to remind people to vote early for gubernatorial nominee Larry Hogan and other Republican candidates. She said they'd be out again on the final two days, Oct. 29 and Oct. 30, as early voting w
