My business goals are just like my personal goals... to touch as many lives, in a positive way, as possible and to always put others' best interests ahead of my own, while getting the job done in a smooth, timely, professional manner. I have an incredibly strong, "hands-on" work ethic, making every client a priority before, during, and after every real estate transaction. At the height of the housing bubble bursting a few years ago, I began my career in real estate with short sale listings, in addition to negotiating short sales for other listing agents. I later transitioned into traditional and REO sales as well, with my primary focus being helping underwater sellers and investor buyers, utilizing my Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. I am also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a designation I thought was important due to the growing number of Baby Boomers reaching retirement age. "Right sizing" can be very different from other purchases, and I wanted to have all the knowledge possible to best assist those clients.
