Soon after graduating, Luiz stepped into the financial department of his family's real estate and property management company but quickly transitioned into the real estate division. Luiz's passion for nature and personal development took him on a life changing adventure overseas. In 2003 Luiz moved to Australia and joined Outward Bound as a Facilitator on wilderness programs. Luiz came to Asheville in 2005 and immediately fell in love with the mountains, the city, and our sense of community. Working as Regional Development Director for North Carolina Outward Bound School, Luiz orchestrated multiple fundraising events that benefited the teachers and students in our public schools.
