Luke Webb has spent over half of his life cultivating successful sales and negotiation strategies and now brings those talents to his real estate career with Douglas Elliman. Driven, personable and detail oriented, Luke’s passion for his clients is evident in each meeting. Luke’s business philosophy is focused on relationships and results. His goal is to make sure that each client feels cared for and represented in the best possible way, whether they are looking to buy their dream home or are in the market to sell. He prides himself of providing thoughtful and thorough information for his clients through attention to the current fluctuations as well as future changes, allowing him to present a comprehensive economic picture to each client. Always available, he wants his clients to feel like they are the most important people in the world. Luke has lived in South Florida for the last 10 years, eight of them on Miami Beach and has personally bought and sold numerous properties. Throughout his time in South Florida, Luke has educated himself on the real estate trends and brings a fresh perspective to his clients, especially when it comes to the beautiful properties that line our waterfront. An avid boater who has worked in the luxury marine industry since 2004, Luke’s love of our waterfront communities and all they have to offer is second to none. Born in Reno, NV, Luke moved to Missouri as a child and grew up in St Louis. His love of the water began at a young age, spending summers competing in waterski tournaments and spending time on the family boat. In 1998, he received a waterski scholarship to attend Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL where he earned his degree in Business with a double concentration in Financial Management and Law Office Management. In 2011, he earned his M.B.A. with honors from Nova Southeastern University, concentrating in Entrepreneurship. When he is not working on real estate deals Luke is active with many charities including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He also enjoys boating, skiing, flying, scuba diving and traveling.
Dr. Webb graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis in 2002. He works in Colorado Springs, CO and 3 other locations and specializes in Allergy & Immunology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Webb is affiliated with Memorial Hospital Central, Parkview Medical Center, Penrose Saint Francis Health Services and St Mary-Corwin Medical Center.
