Hello! I'm Lynn Tardibuono, Co-Owner along with my husband, Forest - The Guy in the White Hat - of this family owned Real Estate and Hard Money loans company since 1988. I am the Realtor known as the "Flipper Chick" as I represent select individuals who buy dump houses, remodel them to a good quality and resell them to Buyers who want a "turn-key, move-in-ready" house! Our company specializes in giving great friendly and honest service of Hard Money or Private Money Loans from $250,000 - $600,000. But we do offer loans from $50,000 on up to $1,000,000, based on real estate equity or decent downpayment on a purchase. Whether owner occupied or commercial or non-owner occupied we help those turned down elsewhere due to poor credit, difficult to prove income, recent bankruptcy, short sale or foreclosure, etc. I’m originally a Northern California girl. I was born in the Bay Area and lived in San Lorenzo – in the same house – my whole life. I have 2 older brothers and a younger sister. In my 20s I moved around and ended up in San Diego. I worked as a Paralegal and had 2 sons. After meeting Forest, I remarried him and we had a girl. In 1988, with 3 kids in tow, we decided to move back to Northern California and decided to live in Santa Rosa because it is so beautiful and family oriented. We decided to start our own real estate and loans company and opened up shop in January of 1988. We thoroughly enjoyed the mortgage business and decided to concentrate on it. We had 3 little kids (Ken, the oldest, Phillip #2 son and then Megan was #3), a business and lived in a beautiful town. What more could you ask for! We lived in Sebastopol for several years and had chickens and vegetable gardens (all Forest’s doing and hard work). Forest and the boys have always created crafts. We have A LOT of wood Christmas decorations made in the garage. When Megan was old enough we started scrap booking and have some fine photo books. I like to sew and do that every now and then. We now get to enjoy the 2 newest additions to the family: our grandson Braden, born in 2008 and our granddaughter Kallye, born 2012! Our eldest son lives in Santa Rosa and his wife, Ari, works with us so we get to see our grand kids regularly - What a joy! As a family affair, we now run SPM to help out the community get the best real estate financing available.
