I have been in the property management business most of my life. My mother and grandmother both were property managers, therefore, I grew up in the business. My first property management job was some 28+ years ago. At the ripe old age of 20, I was hired as an on site property manager for a 48 unit apartment complex in Southern California. I have managed multiple properties over the years since then. When I lived in Arizona, I got upset with a real estate agent and felt that he was not serving my needs, so I went out and got my real estate license to see what he should have been doing. While I never practiced, I did learn a lot. In 2009, I decided to get my license again, only this time in Colorado. Therefore, I do hold my Colorado Real Estate License and have to follow all the rules and regulations set forth by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. On a personal level, I've lived in Chaffee County since 1995, with my husband, John and 6 children. All of my children have since graduated from high school locally and gone on to live rich productive lives. I am now blessed with 1 beautiful granddaughter and several granddogs!! I love living in the mountains and would love to help other experience the wonderful life Chaffee County has to offer.
