Most recipes are mine alone, recipes from friends and family and recipes adapted from great books, websites, etc. Many wonderful people have contributed to this site in one way or another. These people are given due consideration here. Cooking? Wow! It has been in my blood forever, I think. Doing my own thing is what I do in the kitchen. Some of my recipes reflect this. I love to cook and am not afraid to push the limit in recipes – mine or others. We are a family that loves good food – plain and simple. That we love good food may not mean preparation is plain and simple; and it may not be simple food, but delicious food. We experiment and offer our results to you.
