Abstract:The method of reducing contamination of electrical signals recorded in the presence of repeated interference contamination comprises obtaining an electrical signal recorded in the presence of a contaminating signal, and detecting a timing signal that occurs at a fixed time point during the electrical signal relative to the onset of the contaminating signal. The electrical signal is digitized, wherein the digitizing begins with the timing signal. A plurality of digitized electrical signals is analyzed, wherein the electrical signals are synchronized with respect to the timing signal, to obtain an estimated contaminating signal that is subtracted from the digitized electrical signal. This method can be used with electrophysiological signals, such as EEG, ECG, EMG and galvanic skin response, and for elimination of noise associated with concurrently used methods such as MRI. The method of noise reduction is applicable to recordings of other electrical signals, including audio recordings.

Abstract:A wireless information device provides a user with context relevant information. The precise location of the wireless device is monitored by a tracking system. Using the location of the wireless device and the identity of the user, context relevant information is transmitted to the device, where the context relevant information is pre-defined, at least in part, by the user. Context relevant information served to the device depends on the identity of the user, the location of the device, and the proximity of the device to persons or objects. The wireless information device may be used by healthcare workers, such as physicians, in hospitals, although other environments are contemplated, such as hotels, airports, zoos, theme parks, and the like.

In this embodiment, the record may be received as part of a group of records included in a batch upload from the record holder. In this embodiment, the record is retrieved and sent to the recipient shortly after receipt of the request. The record transfer may be implemented using a computer server or other computing device.

He earned a BA from the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C. and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the Real Estate Institute at New York University. Active in various charitable endeavors, Mark is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Mark spent the early part of his career in the Hollywood entertainment industry, which he credits with enabling him to strike a balance between the creative and financial elements one encounters in real estate. He also worked as an exclusive advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, while living in London and working throughout Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia. Realizing that Real Estate was his ideal outlet, Mark joined a leading development marketing company, where as a Project Manager and Sales Operations Manager, he programmed projects with a market value of $3.5 billion including The Stanhope, 170 East End Avenue, 101 Warren Street, 40 Bond Street, Chelsea Modern, The Lucida, Soho Mews, and 10 West End Avenue, to name a few. In doing so, Mark established a solid foundation in the many facets of marketing and selling the finest residences in the world. Mark went on to achieve further success as Head of Sales at Istithmar Real Estate, the Dubai based sovereign wealth fund where he directed successful international campaigns for luxury residential projects which, under his leadership, achieved sales exceeding $1.5 billion. Ultimately, Mark chose to focus his energy and marketing savvy on an individual basis, valuing the relationships that evolve with each one. Mark J.
