They then had to sing one more time for the judges in what the audience saw in bits and pieces. Before we knew it, the judges cut the group down to 100. Thankfully, we said goodbye to J Mark Inman. Even more thankfully, he threw a hissy fit that would rival the young girls on Toddlers & Tiaras.
"I DON'T HAVE A LIFE! I DON'T HAVE A LIFE!" is what he seemed to shriek. It was J-Mark Inman, Doctor of Philosophy, who had entertained some in the initial auditions with his version of Radiohead's "Creep."

After that, we met J. Mark Inman, a scientist with confidence to spare. He put his own spin on Radioheads Creep, which seemed to mesmerize the judges while I thought he was just OK. I can see the X Factor doesnt always take shape in the way Id expect it to.
They were among five of the eight performers shown in the Chicago tryouts to advance to boot camp. Other winners included J. Mark Inman, 31, a philosophy student from Massachusetts, who did a creepy version of Radioheads Creep.
