Residents sound off on Billerica Select Board over rejected town center petition
The board voted 3-2 to acknowledge the complaints and refer them to town counsel, with Rosa and Burrows voting against it on the basis that they think town attorney Mark Reich was involved in the Oct. 26 discussion to the extent that he would be a party to the Open Meeting Law violations, and should
