Abstract:
A swim stroke exercise device including an adjustable resistance mechanism is provided. The resistance mechanism is attached to one end of the exercise device and includes a roller assembly having a roller clutch and a drive shaft extending from one end and a spring rewind assembly attached opposite the drive shaft. The drive shaft supports a drive pulley including a number of concentric engagement areas having different diameters. Adjustably disposed above the roller assembly, a resistance device includes an output shaft terminating in a mag pulley opposite the resistance device formed similarly to the drive pulley with a number of concentric engagement areas having different diameters that are aligned with the engagement areas on the drive pulley. The concentric engagement areas allow a belt trained about the pulleys to be moved to various positions on both the drive pulley and mag pulley to increase or decrease the amount of resistance provided to the drive shaft by the clutch. A separate adjustment mechanism is also connected directly to the clutch to vary the resistance provided by the clutch.

Abstract:
A four-stroke internal combustion engine is provided that is capable of use in many power tools, including those power tools subjected to tippable applications. There is provided within an engine housing an oil reservoir and a valve chamber which independently communicate with a crank chamber. A strategically placed divider and passageway, located within the engine housing, appropriately direct lubricant within the engine housing so that the internal cavity of the engine is lubricated during use in various operating attitudes, and so that the fluid flows to and is held in the proper chambers of the engine housing during storage. There is also provided a breather arrangement for an internal combustion engine which includes a cam shaft having a hollow passageway in communication with the crank chamber and the air intake system of the engine.

Abstract:
A primary locking tool for use with first and second primary drive assemblies. The first primary drive assembly includes a first drive sprocket and a first input sprocket a first distance from one another. The second primary drive assembly includes a second drive sprocket and a second input sprocket a second distance from one another. The second distance is greater than the first distance. The primary locking tool includes a first side portion having a drive jaw configured to engage the first and second drive sprockets. A second side portion includes an input jaw configured to engage the first and second input sprockets. The first and second side portions are coupled together for movement between a retracted position and an extended position that engage and resist rotation of the first drive sprocket and first input sprocket and the second drive sprocket and second input sprocket, respectively.

We still have a great deal of work ahead, but I am confident that with the continued efforts of our nd Governor Malloy, Lt. Governor Wyman, the Office of the Healthcare Advocate, and Mark Schaefer and the entire Healthcare Innovation team for their commitment to a successful implementation of the Affordable Care Act here in our state. I look forward to continuing to work with them to ensure that e
millions that went to administrative costs and profits to instead boost pay for primary care doctors and improve care. The head of the Medicaid program said the state lost confidence in the managed care contractors. Their measured performance is not impressive, Mark Schaefer told Kaiser Health News.
"Connecticut has a 15-year history with managed-care organizations, and there has been a diminishing confidence in the value of what they are providing," says Mark Schaefer, the state's Medicaid director.
